If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you're covered by our 72-Hour Guarantee — contact us within 72 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
All sales are final except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, or size exchanges (see below).
How to Request a Refund
Email zombiewalkofficial@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and reason for the request. If approved, we'll send return instructions.
Return Shipping
ZOMBIE WALK offers free shipping on all orders. For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, we'll also cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method — no fee deducted.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If confirmed, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
Size Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges within 72 hours of delivery, as long as the item is:
* Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
* In its original condition with tags and packaging intact
Customer is responsible for return shipping on size exchanges.
Policy Conditions
The 72-hour period begins when your order is marked as delivered. Requests submitted after 72 hours may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law. ZOMBIE WALK reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
